Launchpad ("we") manages and grows YouTube channels with creators. These terms apply when you connect a YouTube channel to Launchpad or use Mission Control, Launchpad's workspace for the channels we work on with you.

YouTube's terms

Launchpad uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your channel stays yours and YouTube's rules apply to everything on it.

What Launchpad does

• With the read-only connection, Launchpad reads the channel's numbers and reports to show how it is doing.
• Only if you choose Connect for uploads, Launchpad adds finished videos to your channel on your behalf. A Launchpad manager reviews each video and presses Upload. Videos go up private, scheduled to publish at the time you agreed.
• We never delete, edit or change the visibility of videos Launchpad did not upload.

What we promise

• We handle your data as our Privacy page says.
• You can disconnect at any time, in Launchpad or from your Google account's security settings page.

What you're responsible for

You remain responsible for your channel and for having the rights to the content published on it, including music, footage and the people shown. Please don't ask us to upload anything that breaks YouTube's rules or someone else's copyright or privacy.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and tell you before the change applies to you.
